I was lucky enough to get access to this years N.A.S.F.T. Fancy Food Show, and boy was it awesome! We arrived at around 1pm and was able to cover just about the entire show floor and sampled some amazing products. The 250,000 products include confections, cheese (lots of cheese), meats, coffee, snacks, spices, ethnic, natural, organic, beer and more!
Most products have samples available and some were even nice enought to let us bring their product home and give us some time to do a review. We plan on sampling some of everything we got and give a roundup of our favorites and small review of each product.
